1. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Danovo, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Provide valid identification and proof of insurance
• Have a valid credit card in your name

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time specified in the rental agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned to our location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Vehicle Usage

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:

• Off-road driving
• Smoking in vehicles
• Transporting pets without proper carriers
• Using the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior approval

4. Insurance and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We offer various insurance options to protect against potential damages.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Maintenance and Breakdowns

In case of mechanical failure not caused by the renter, we will provide a replacement vehicle subject to availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the rental start time without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
